Mosque in Zamboanga City, Philippines - An Update:

There has been good progress in the repair and reconstruction of this CAI sponsored mosque (first one in the country), alhamd'Allah. This is an important fully funded (first phase) project for these new Muslims as they will now have a platform to consolidate and more forward in this very rapidly dynamic and expanding place in the world insha'Allah. Mallad Housing Project in Mumbai, India - An Update:

CAI has completed 10 out of 41 house project under construction at Malaad outside of Mumbai; balance will be completed by end of 2010, insha'Allah. These homes are given to destitute widows or single mothers as a priority followed by the poor and destitute. 21 homes are earmarked for Sadaats from Sehme Sadaat Fund and the balance from General and Sadeqa Funds. Ali Mirza Heart-Hole Surgery - An Update:

Ali Mirza went through heart hole repair surgery April 28 in Kolkota. Initial prognosis is good, alhamd'Allah. Please remember him in your prayers for complete and speedy recovery and jazaak'Allah to the donor who underwrote the entire cost of surgery for this young and very poor Momeen.

CAI Acquires Orphanage Land:

CAI has finally acquired land for a girls orphanage home in Lucknow, alhamd'Allah. Construction will begin shortly, insha'Allah. CAI is still short USD23k on total construction costs; please pitch in and help if possible in this very important and worthy cause.
