On behalf of the Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya I would like to express our appreciation for your interest and support extended to the activities of the Mission .

I would like to record our gratitude for taking time out from your busy schedule to visit the centres and take first hand information on the drought condition in the effected areas. I would also like to thank you for meeting the Managing Committee Members of the Mission to discuss the way forward in which Comfort Aid International could work in collaboration with Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya to assist the poor people in the rural areas.

Your kind gesture of support to Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya is highly valued. It is through such gestures of support that the Mission is able to undertake its various programmes.

Given below are points discussed at the meeting

Pledge towards Drought Appeal - US $ 10,000/- We would like to thank you for remiting the said amount.
Pledge towards Higher Education Assistant (preferably Females students) - US $ 25,000/-

Attachements as follows:

Details of specifications for refurbishing Masongaleni Mosque at a total cost of US$ 12,000/. We shall be grateful to please assist in funding the said project.
Details of specifications for Common PIT latrines which are required at four centres.
Proposal for Adopt a Centre. Request your assistance in getting the sponsorers .
Appeals for Live Goat Project and Feed a Child Project.
Minutes of the meeting held on April 4, 2011 at the BMMK Secretariat.
